Richard Campo | Managing Partner
Previously, Richard held the position of Manager of Real Estate Investments at Camden Property Trust (NYSE: CPT), a prominent U.S. multifamily REIT. In this role, he distinguished himself as a leader in market analytics across all of Camden’s markets and was heavily involved in the identification and execution of acquisition, development, and disposition opportunities in the central and western regions. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in transactions totaling $3 billion in acquisitions across Georgia, Florida, Arizona, Texas, North Carolina, Tennessee and Camden's buyout of their fund with TRS, development projects valued at $1 billion in Arizona, Texas, Colorado, and Tennessee, and dispositions amounting to $1 billion.
Prior to joining Camden, Richard served as an associate in the Investment Banking Group at US Capital Advisors and as an analyst in JP Morgan’s (NYSE: JPM) Real Estate Capital Markets Group. He is actively involved in various philanthropic endeavors, including serving on the board of Dress for Success Houston and acting as a Community Ambassador for the Movember Foundation. Additionally, Richard contributes his expertise to the Dean’s Council of Excellence for the College of Business at Oregon State University. Past affiliations include serving on the Board of Avenue CDC, participating in the Leadership Council for UNCF, and being a member of the Rising Leaders Group at the Houston Parks Board.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Business Administration from Oregon State University, as well as an MBA and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate from the University of Houston.

Sarah Montgomery | Managing Partner
Most recently, Sarah served as Senior Vice President and Houston/San Antonio Market Manager for PNC Bank’s Commercial Real Estate platform, a firm specializing in construction, bridge, and term financing for top-tier CRE sponsors developing and acquiring institutional-quality investments nationwide. Her responsibilities included new client relationship development, underwriting, debt structuring, loan negotiations, and portfolio management across all commercial property types, with a primary focus on multifamily.
In 2018, Sarah played a key role in PNC’s expansion into Texas, launching the bank’s Commercial Real Estate office in Houston. Under her leadership, the loan portfolio grew by 567%, surpassing $2 billion—an achievement that made her the youngest professional in PNC’s CRE division to build a major market from the ground up and drive such rapid success. Beyond her lending and market development responsibilities, she also contributed to the BBVA USA acquisition team, assisting in the evaluation of Texas CRE loan portfolio leading up to the 2021 acquisition.
Prior to PNC, Sarah was a Vice President at Wells Fargo CRE, working in both Orlando and Houston. During her tenure, she originated over $2 billion in new loan commitments and completed Wells Fargo’s esteemed Credit Management Training Program in San Francisco.
Sarah holds an MS in Real Estate and a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University, along with a CCIM designation. She is actively involved in the industry and her community, serving on the Houston board for the Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) of the Urban Land Institute and Montgomery County MUD 209. In addition, Sarah was named as one of the Top Women Leaders of Houston for 2025.
